Mr. Joseph Thomas Pierce, age 76, a resident of New Boston, Texas, passed from this life on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at his home.
Mr. Pierce, the son of Henry and May Pierce, was born in New Boston, Texas on December 7, 1947. He was a 1966 graduate of New Boston High School. He was a master plumber and a member of Myrtle Springs Baptist Church in Hooks, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Calvin, Albert and Clyde Pierce and sister Beth. He is survived by his wife, Suzan Pierce, son Robert Pierce and wife Amy and their children, Kenna, Cullen and Camden Pierce, daughter Rhonda Miller and sons Coleman and Cody Miller and daughter Tonya Frachiseur and husband John and their children Austin and wife Haylie and Lexie Frachiseur and one great-grandson, Wyatt Frachiseur. He is also survived by his brother, Billy “BC” Pierce, and sisters Doris and her husband Hugh McGuire, Isabel Sem and Jane Castro. He is survived also by a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service for Mr. Pierce will be held at a later date.
