This week’s Bowie’s Best Athlete of the Week is Casey Cavin. The 34-year-old athlete is from New Boston and a graduate of New Boston High School. Casey is a veteran of the Bowie’s Best Special Olympics team, having competed in the games since the team began in 2016. Casey competes in the 50 meter dash, the softball throw and the 4 by 100 meter relay in the spring and also plays softball in the fall.
