Testimony is expected to wrap up soon in the punishment phase of the Taylor Parker trial. After the prosecution rested, the defense called several of Parker’s family members to the stand to testify of her upbringing and mental well-being.

Parker’s mother testified that Parker was a good mother, always providing food, clothing, and school supplies for the children and never exposing them to anything inappropriate.
