Judy Penney

Judy Penney of Omaha, Texas passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 in a Mt. Pleasant, Texas hospital.  She was 72. 

Judy was born March 25, 1949 in Cleveland Ohio.  She was a  retired Licensed Vocational Nurse and was of the Christian faith.  

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Ron Wilburn, Steve Wilburn, and Bill Wilburn.
