In an effort to reduce the number of evictions of tenants and to ensure landlords are paid rent that is due, the Texas Supreme Court and Office of Court Administration have partnered with the Governor’s Office and the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to establish the Texas Eviction Diversion Program.
