Billie Louise (Chapman) Lennon, 99, of Avery, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020 at the Ponderosa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in DeKalb. 

Louise was born on September 15, 1921, near Clarksville.  As a daughter of the late W.S. (Bill) and Bertha (Brown) Chapman, Jr., she grew up on a farm in the Mill Creek community of eastern Red River County.
