“A change is as good as a rest,” the old saying goes, and a DeKalb mother/daughter duo has decided to take one of each.  In December of 2018, Hubbard kindergarten teacher announced she was making a change – that after 33 years in the classroom she would be retiring and essentially, taking a rest.
