Alexis James Rivas passed away Thursday, March 21 2019 at his home in New Boston, Texas. He was 39.
Alexis was born June 9, 1979, in Monte Vista, Colorado, to Angel and Liz Salinas Rivas. He held a Masters Degree in Education, a Superintendent Certificate and was currently working towards his Doctorate in Education.
